Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using Suvichaar, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Suvichaar provides

Suvichaar provides AI-generated reflection inspired by ideas from the Bhagavad Gita. It is an informational and reflective tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by a religious authority. Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

Suvichaar is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or official religious advice. For urgent danger or a medical or mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Suvichaar. If local law requires you to be older to consent to an online service, you must meet that age or use the app with permission from a parent or guardian who accepts these terms.

Acceptable use

You must not use Suvichaar to:

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

AI content and your input

You remain responsible for the text you submit and for deciding whether and how to use a response. You grant us a limited permission to process your input solely to operate, secure, and improve the reliability of the service. Do not submit confidential or highly sensitive information. AI responses are generated automatically and may not be unique.

Premium subscription

Suvichaar Premium is an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription purchased through Apple or Google. The store shows the localized price, billing period, and applicable taxes before confirmation. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel through your store account before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period, subject to the store's refund, grace-period, revocation, and billing rules. Purchases can be restored through the app. Apple or Google handles billing and refunds under its applicable terms. We do not directly collect payment-card details.

Ownership

The app, design, software, branding, and publisher-provided content are owned by the publisher or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of the app or its content.

Third-party services

Suvichaar relies on services supplied by Apple, Google, Supabase, and OpenAI. Their services and terms may affect availability and functionality. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. Material changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suvichaar is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, opportunity, or profit arising from use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Suvichaar in the 12 months before the claim or CAD $100.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, guarantees, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may terminate or restrict access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful conduct, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, will survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction, except where the consumer-protection law of your home jurisdiction gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
